Cancel a request or a booking
A pending request can be canceled at any time; a confirmed booking can be canceled as long as the rental hasn’t started.

What you can cancel

You cancel from “My bookings” — the “Bookings” tab in the app. The agency is notified immediately and the dates are freed up for it.
No penalty
Canceling yourself in time carries no penalty and has no effect on your account. It’s failing to respond that causes problems, not canceling.
If the agency cancels
An agency can decline a request, giving a reason, or cancel a confirmed booking before the start. You are notified, and nothing is held against you.
