The deposit amount is shown before you continue. No deposit is charged before the agency approves your request; after that approval, you have 48 hours to pay the deposit and confirm the booking.

Step by step

  1. You send your request: nothing is charged, no card is required.
  2. The agency approves the request. The deposit amount is then locked — a fixed amount or a percentage of the total, depending on the agency — and will not change.
  3. You receive a notification and an email inviting you to pay. Payment is made on the secure page of our payment provider.
  4. The charge happens at that exact moment, and at no other. Your booking immediately moves to “Confirmed”, with no further action on your part.

What if I pay at the agency?

If you chose to pay at the agency, there is no online deposit: you simply confirm your booking within the deadline, and payment is made at the front desk according to the agency’s terms.
