Third-party liability, deductible, security deposit

• Is third-party liability included?

  Yes. Third-party liability is mandatory in Tunisia and included in every rental booked on Karya.

• The agency’s insurance: comprehensive or third-party?

  It depends on the agency. Each one states its coverage and deductible on its cars’ pages, in the “Insurance” section.

• Deposit and security deposit

  The deposit is shown before you continue and is never charged before the agency approves your request.

• What should I do if there’s a problem?

  Contact the agency first: it holds the car and the contract. Karya support steps in if needed.
