Create my Karya account

An email address, a password, the terms accepted: your account is created, then activated through the link sent by email.

A Karya account is free. It lets you send a booking request, track your rentals, find your favorite cars, and rate the agency after your rental.

The steps

  1. Open “Create an account” from the Karya website or app.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password of at least 8 characters, then confirm it.
  3. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions: it is mandatory, and the date and the accepted version are recorded.
  4. Submit: a confirmation email is sent right away to the address you entered.
  5. Open the link in that email. Your account is then active and you can sign in.

What we don’t ask for at sign-up

We ask for no name, no phone number, and no ID document to create the account. This information will be requested later, when you send your first booking request, along with the driver’s documents.
