Booking on Karya is not an instant purchase: it is a request sent to a rental agency, which is free to accept or decline it. The process always follows the same order.
The process, step by step

Deadlines to remember
- A request the agency does not answer is canceled automatically after 48 hours. It has no consequence for your account.
- Once the request is approved, you have 48 hours to confirm — and never later than the day of departure.
- A reminder is sent to you 24 hours after approval if you have not confirmed yet.
