Unconfirmed bookings and account suspension
Letting an approved booking expire counts against you. The third time, new requests are blocked for 30 days.
Updated on
When an agency approves your request, it sets a car aside for you and removes it from the catalog. If you don’t confirm within 48 hours, those days are lost for the agency. This is the only situation Karya counts against a customer.
The thresholds
| Approved booking not confirmed | Consequence |
|---|---|
| The first | None |
| The second | A warning appears on your account |
| The third, and each one after | Your new requests are blocked for 30 days |
During the suspension
- You can’t send a new booking request.
- Your ongoing bookings continue as normal: confirmation, extension, pickup, return, and reviews remain available.
- The suspension lifts on its own when it expires, with no action needed from you.
