Rate an agency after my rental
Once the rental is over, you can rate it from 1 to 5, rate five criteria in detail, and leave a comment.

You can only leave a review on a completed rental, and only once per rental. This guarantees that every review published on Karya comes from a customer who actually rented the car.
What you rate
- An overall rating from 1 to 5 stars, required.
- Five optional criteria, rated from 1 to 5: cleanliness, maintenance, communication, punctuality, accuracy of the listing.
- A free-text comment, optional.
An invitation to rate is sent to you automatically after the return. You can also start from “My bookings” — the “Bookings” tab in the app — and open the completed rental.
