What do I need to show at pickup?
The driver’s documents are sent with the request. At the front desk, all that’s left is to sign the contract and complete the pickup condition report.

Documents sent with the request
Five documents are requested when you send your booking request, not at the front desk: the front of your national ID (CIN), the back of your national ID, the front of your driver’s license, the back of your license, and a photo of your face. A second driver, if declared, provides the same documents.
Driving requirements
On Karya, the driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a license for at least 2 years. Each agency can require more — a higher age, a longer license history, a minimum rental duration — but never less. These requirements are shown on the car page, in the “Agency rules” section, before you book.
On the day of departure
- Go to the pickup location shown on your booking, during the opening hours displayed by the agency.
- The agency draws up the rental contract, in French and Arabic, and you sign it.
- The agency carries out the pickup condition report: photos of the car from every angle, with the fuel level and mileage recorded.
- You are handed the keys.
