Receiving and approving a request
You have 48 hours to respond to a request. Once you approve it, the customer has 48 hours to confirm.
Updated on
Requests arrive in “Front desk” and in “Bookings”. You are notified in the app, by email, and on your phone.
Responding
- Open the request: dates, vehicle, pickup location, price, the driver’s identity and documents.
- Check the driver’s documents — national ID (CIN) and driver’s license — and that they meet the conditions you have set.
- Approve, or decline with a reason. The reason is passed on to the customer.
The two 48-hour deadlines
| Deadline | Who must act | Otherwise |
|---|---|---|
| 48 hours after the request | You | The request is canceled automatically. Nothing is held against the customer. |
| 48 hours after your approval | The customer | The booking is canceled automatically, the dates become available to you again, and the cancellation counts against the customer. |

As soon as the customer confirms, the rental contract is generated automatically. On departure day, declare “Customer arrived — confirm rental” to move the rental to in progress, then carry out the pickup condition report.
