Blocking dates in the schedule
A manual block removes a vehicle from the catalog for a period, for maintenance, personal use, or any other reason.

A manual block makes a vehicle unavailable for a period, without creating a booking. It is set from “Schedule”, with the “Block dates” button, or from the calendar of a vehicle opened from its page in “Fleet”.
Reasons
- Maintenance — the vehicle is also removed from the catalog while it is off the road.
- Personal use.
- Another reason, which you specify.
What the system refuses
- A period starting in the past.
- A period that overlaps an existing booking: the message tells you which one.
- A period that overlaps another block on the same vehicle.
A block can be removed at any time; the vehicle becomes available again immediately. Adding and removing a block are recorded in the team log, with the reason.
