Fuel and mileage: the rules

Included mileage, price per extra kilometer, fuel level at return: each agency sets its own rules and displays them.

Karya imposes no mileage package or fuel policy: these rules belong to each agency. They are shown on the car’s page, in the “Agency rules” section, before you book.

What the agency can state

• Included mileage per rental day.
• The price per extra kilometer beyond that allowance.
• The same-fuel-level rule: return the car with the level recorded at departure.
• Other driving rules: no smoking, no pets, no leaving the country.
• A grace period for late return, expressed in minutes.

How it’s recorded

The agency records the fuel level and mileage in the pickup condition report, then again in the return condition report, with photos as evidence. These two readings are what count.
