Your documents can be kept for your future bookings, and a first approved rental earns you the Verified Renter Passport.

Your documents
Five documents accompany a booking request: national ID (CIN) front, national ID (CIN) back, driver’s license front, driver’s license back, and a photo of your face. You can ask to keep one of each type on your account, so you do not have to send them again each time. Only you and the agency concerned can access them, through a temporary link.
The Verified Renter Passport
The “Verified renter” badge tells agencies that your documents have already been approved by a partner agency, on a booking that was approved and then confirmed. It accompanies your next requests to every Karya agency. None of them can see which agency granted it to you.
| Status | What it means |

| The badge is active | An agency approved your documents on a confirmed booking. The badge accompanies your requests for 12 months. |
| The verification has expired | More than 12 months have passed. Your next booking that is approved and then confirmed reactivates the badge automatically. |
| The badge has lapsed | You replaced a saved document: the badge stops applying immediately. |
| No badge yet | No agency has approved your documents on a confirmed booking yet. |
