Publishing my public page
Your public mini-site showcases your agency, your fleet, and your reviews. Its address can only be changed once.
Updated on
Every agency has a public page at its own address, indexed by search engines. It is set up on the website, in “Settings”, “My public page”, by the Owner role. The mobile app does not offer this screen.
What it shows
- A cover image, your name, and your description.
- Your city and, if your geographic coordinates are known, a map.
- Your opening hours and exceptional closures.
- The areas you serve, that is, the pickup locations you have declared.
- Your fleet visible in the catalog, your average rating, and published reviews.
The page address
The address is made of lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens, from 3 to 60 characters. You can only change it once: think before confirming. A refused attempt does not use up this single change. Your old addresses redirect permanently to the new one and are never reassigned.
When is the page online?
The page is published if your agency is active, your subscription is not suspended — the trial counts as active — and at least one vehicle is visible in the catalog. If any of these conditions is missing, the page tells you exactly which one. Finally, you can download a QR code pointing to your page, to print on your materials: it stays valid even if you change the address.
