Add a vehicle to my fleet

License plate, specifications, daily price, and at least one photo: what a vehicle needs to appear in the catalog.

A vehicle is created from “Fleet”, then “Add a vehicle”. It starts out inactive: you complete it at your own pace, and activate it when it is ready to be rented.

Required information

• The license plate — it identifies the vehicle everywhere in your workspace.
• The category: city car, SUV, sedan, van, or convertible.
• The brand, model, and year (1990 or later).
• The number of seats, from 2 to 9.
• The fuel type (gasoline, diesel, hybrid, electric) and the transmission (manual or automatic).
• Whether or not it has air conditioning.
• The price per day, in TND.

Photos and features

You can upload up to 8 photos. At least one is required to activate the vehicle: a vehicle without a photo cannot be offered to customers. Features are chosen from a fixed list — GPS, Bluetooth, backup camera, baby seat, cruise control, sunroof, USB port, 4x4.

When does a vehicle appear in the catalog?

A vehicle is visible to customers when all of these conditions are met at the same time: it is active, it is not off the road for maintenance, your agency is active, your subscription is not suspended, and it is neither booked nor blocked on the requested dates.
