Declaring a pickup location or an airport

Up to 10 pickup locations in addition to your address: a declared location makes you appear in searches made from that location.

A pickup location counts as a second address: it does not just describe a service, it makes you visible in searches made from that location and moves your agency closer to the top of the results.

How to declare

1. On the website, open “Settings”, “Agency”: locations are declared under the “Pickup locations” heading.
2. Choose a location from the reference list: an airport, a governorate, or a delegation.
3. Save. The location is immediately offered to customers who book with you.

• You can declare up to 10 locations.
• The delegation of your own address is not a pickup location: it is already taken into account.
• Finer-grained localities, below the delegation level, are not eligible.

Charging for airport pickup

Declaring an airport does not increase the price by itself. To charge for this service, create a pricing rule of type “Airport” in “Settings”, “Pricing”: the surcharge will apply automatically as soon as the chosen pickup location is an airport.
