Activate my agency workspace

From application to your first sign-in: what Karya checks, what you receive, and when your 30-day trial starts.

An agency workspace does not open on its own: every agency is reviewed by the Karya team before it is created. This is what allows us to tell customers that the agencies on the platform are real and identified.

The steps

  1. Fill in the “Join the platform” form: agency identity, contact details, address, fleet size, and acceptance of the terms.
  2. The Karya team reviews your application.
  3. Upon approval, your agency is created, your account receives the Owner role, and your 30-day free trial starts the same day.
  4. You receive an activation email. The link takes you to the activation page.
  5. On this page, accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, then set your password (at least 8 characters).
  6. Sign in: your agency workspace is open.

The first three things to do

  • Add at least one vehicle from “Fleet”, with a photo, and activate it: without a visible vehicle, your agency does not appear in the catalog.
  • Enter your opening hours and rental conditions in “Settings”.
  • Invite your team members from “Members” and assign them a role.
